Media Release and Photo Forms
Parents/Guardians and adult students are encouraged to annually review their preferences for the publication of their student personal information through print or digital media. Personal information includes a name/image, student work, or a performance as they are involved in educational or extra-curricular activities that occur before, during, or after school. Once this information is made public, it is beyond the control of the UCDSB.
In the event of non-consent, please be aware that we will do our best to comply within our capabilities while recognizing that recording devices are readily available, and we are not able to eliminate the potential for publication 100 per cent.
A form and the consents/non-consents remain on file and active while the student is enrolled at the school or until the student turns 18 and wants to sign on their own behalf.
