Board Meetings & Committee Representation
Board of Trustee Meetings are established at the start of each new school year and are held at the Upper Canada District School Board Main Office at 225 Central Ave West in Brockville, Ont.
These meetings are open to the public to observe. At times it may be necessary for board meetings, or portions of them, to be closed to the public when certain matters (as outlined in legislation) are discussed.
Board of Trustees Meetings are also livestreamed on the UCDSB YouTube Channel.
2026-2027 Board Meetings
Board meetings will be held on the following dates:
- Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026
- Wednesday, Nov.18, 2026 (Inaugural meeting, with Special Meeting to follow)
- Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2026
- Wednesday, Feb.10
- Wednesday, June 16

Delegation Requests
Delegations may make an application to present to the Board, directed to the Secretary of the Board. The Board By-Laws and Delegation Application Form can be found here. Please review the Rules Applying to Delegation, as outlined on the form.
