DELEGATION REQUESTS:
Delegations may make an application to present to the Board, directed to the Secretary of the Board. The process for making a presentation at Regular Board meetings is outlined on the second page of the application form.
The Board By-Laws and Delegation Application Form can be found under Our Board - Policies, Procedures and ByLaws and within the e-governance system BoardDocs.
Applications must be accompanied by a copy of the presentation to be made and must be received by the office of the Secretary of the Board at least seven days before the date of the meeting at which the presentation will be made. If the application is approved to proceed, the Trustee Liaison Officer will contact the primary presenter to provide the process and protocols.
