Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 is a suite of Microsoft products that allow you to collaborate with others.

OneDrive is a secure, online space that allows you to store and share 1 Terabyte of documents, photos and other files from anywhere with Internet access.

OneDrive is part of your My.UCDSB account and allows you to create, edit and share Microsoft Office documents using the "Office 365" products included for free. These products include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.

Downloading Microsoft Office at Home

Anyone with a UCDSB account can download Microsoft Office on their home device. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the My UCDSB Office 365 website
  2. Log in with your student email address and computer password
  3. Click on your name/picture in the top right-hand corner of the page
  4. Click "My Account"
  5. On the right side of the page, click the "Install Office" button
  6. Click this button and you will be guided through downloading and installing Microsoft Office.
