Director's Work Plan 2025-2026
The Director's Work Plan adds action to the directions set out in the Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP).
This strategic document outlines the specific actions that will be implemented and the success factors they will be measured by, in order to achieve the goals outlined in the MYSP.

In general, goals include:
Reading, Writing, Math & Student Success - Ensure students read, write and do math at grade level, and graduate on time with the skills they need to be successful;
Student & Family Supports – Ensure students and families have access to the educational supports necessary for student success;
Staff Supports - Provide staff with the tools and resources they need to ensure student success; and
Responsible Spending – Continue to deliver balanced budgets and ensure resources are responsibly focused on students.
