Rockland PS is turning the stigma around mental health ‘Inside Out’

The Student Voice Committee at Rockland Public School wants students to know that it’s okay if they don’t feel like themselves. The group, currently made up of four students—three in Grade 5 and one in Grade 6—has created a bulletin board at the school displaying a variety of emotions and explanations of what they mean.

PCPS Students Raise Funds for CHEO with Bilingual Book Project

Senior Kindergarten and Grade 1 students from Pleasant Corners Public School (PCPS) showcased their creativity and generosity by donating $637 to the CHEO Foundation, along with copies of their bilingual book Fall, a Season of Gratitude/Automne, Une Saison de Gratitude.

In the News: GSS Cheerleaders Reaching for the Top

Gananoque Intermediate and Secondary School (GSS) has plenty to cheer about. Competing as team 63 in the Secondaire Ouvert 2NT Division, the GSS Trojans won first place at the Winterfest Finals in Oshawa on January 18, securing an invitation to the Canadian School Nationals in Ottawa.
