Upper Canada District School Board Sees Significant Improvement in EQAO Scores

The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) is excited to report it has seen a significant increase in student achievement in all areas of the EQAO provincial assessments. According to EQAO, the UCDSB was the only school board in the province to improve in every area and the only board to see a greater than 5 per cent increase in the Grade 3, 6 and 9 Math assessments.

Summer Learning Program
2024 UCDSB Summer Learning Program Recap

The Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB) celebrated another successful Summer Learning Program, which ran from July 2 to July 19, 2024. This three-week program, hosting nearly 300 students at 16 different sites across the district, offered an engaging and supportive educational experience for students. Sessions took place in-person from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., focusing on enhancing literacy and numeracy skills through the integration of real-world learning and the arts.
