Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a long standing committee of the Upper Canada District School Board and is governed by the provisions established by the Ministry of Education. The committee recommends to the Board on matters regarding establishment, development and deliverance of special education programs and services for exceptional students of the Board. 

SEAC is comprised of community parent support groups, elected school board trustees and members-at-large who have a particular interest in special education. Administration level employees of UCDSB support SEAC and attend SEAC meetings as well.

Meetings are held at the Brockville Board Office (225 Central Avenue West, Brockville, ON  K6V 5X1) and remotely from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM usually on the first Tuesday of the month with a few exceptions.
