Under the leadership of the Director of Education, the UCDSB Senior Leadership Team is responsible for moving our district goals forward, as laid out in the Director's Work Plan.

The Director's Work Plan is the road map for our strategic plan, which is set by the Board of Trustees.

Our Senior Leadership Team is also responsible for ensuring our schools and central staff carry out the policies developed by Board of Trustees, in accordance with the regulations and legislation laid out by the Ontario Ministry of Education.
