Schools Meeting the Criteria for Facilities Collaboration
Do you want to learn more about UCDSB schools in your area?

Annual CPP meetings hosted by the UCDSB also provide updates on school space for potential partners and identify which schools meet the criteria to be potential facilities collaboration opportunities.
Space usage criteria is also provided in Facility Collaboration Policy 4002, as being “buildings that meet one or both of the following criteria:
1. A utilization rate of less than sixty (60) per cent for the last two (2) years, and/or
2. Two hundred (200) or more unused pupil places.”
A list of schools that qualified at the time of the respective meetings are provided here:

What organizations qualify for facility collaboration?
Before
entering into a facility partnership, there is a need to determine the
expectations for the partnering organization and how it aligns with the
UCDSB’s strategic direction. Partnerships must be appropriate for the
school setting and not compromise student achievement strategies. For
instance, organizations that provide competing education services such
as tutoring services, JK-12 private schools, private colleges, and
credit offering entities that are not government funded are not eligible
partners. Above all, the health and safety of students must be
protected.
School names and space
availability are provided at the UCDSB's annual CPP meetings.
