The Upper Canada District School Board and the UCDSB Parent Involvement Committee are hosting free info sessions for parents and guardians that will build knowledge around vaping and technology use. These sessions will help you gain skills to support your child or youth in developing healthy habits.
There will be three sessions, two in-person and one online. All sessions will be the same presentation. Dinner will be provided at the in-person sessions.
Session will feature presenters from the UCDSB Mental Health Team, the South East Health Unit (formerly Leeds, Grenville and Lanark Health Unit) and the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.
