Lots of fun spirit days, special activities and classroom learning happened this week at UCDSB schools:
Pineview Public School took their reading outside and enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air during their Reading the Day Away event;
Carleton Place High School students wrote and illustrated books to share with younger UCDSB students. (The books are available on the VLC (https://vlc.ucdsb.ca/cphspicturebooks);
Lyn Public School hosted a virtual dance party and joined in reconciliation by planting a heart garden at the school;
Toniata Public School students were some of 6000 other students participating in a virtual flash mob; and
Winchester Public School students went on community walks and collected garbage along the way.
Looks like it was a blast! Let us know what your classroom or school did this week on Social Media or email [email protected]
