Multi-Year Strategic Plan 2025-2029
The UCDSB Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP) sets direction and identifies system goals to support UCDSB students and staff. We have five main areas of focus and five main goals outlined in the 2025-2029 MYSP:
Reading, Writing & Math:
90% students will read, write and perform math at grade level.
Real-World Learning (RWL):
Engage students, staff, and community in RWL and enhanced pathways.
Student Success & Graduation Rate:
Improve student success to attain, and maintain, a 90% graduation rate.
Student Culture:
Enhance student mental and physical health, and sense of belonging.
Staff Culture:
Ensure that staff feel supported by the district in their work and have the resources they need to be successful.
