R. Tait McKenzie Students Create Mindful Labyrinth at the Mill of Kintail

August 14, 2025 (Almonte, ON) - A fascinating Real-World Learning project has come to life in Almonte thanks to Mrs. Costello’s Grade 5/6 class at R. Tait McKenzie Public School – and now the project has been featured in The Millstone newspaper!
The project was focused on fostering mindfulness and connection to the environment and culminated in the construction of a Mindful Labyrinth at the Mill of Kintail.
