(Kemptville) – North Grenville District High School (NGDHS) Principal Steve Sharp has launched a new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on the school’s Web site with information about the new school building that will open its doors September 2012.

The page, which will be updated regularly, includes information about the new school location, how many students the new building will accommodate, French Immersion, sports for grades 7-8 students, parent information nights, lockers, and facilities.

Sharp said he started the FAQ page after visiting grades 5-8 classes at feeder schools Kemptville Public School, Merrickville Public School, Oxford-on-Rideau Public School and South Branch Elementary School. He found that students had common questions about NGDHS, so he wanted to provide a resource where those questions could be answered.

"The students are very excited and interested in their new school,” Sharp said. “Lots of questions were asked. We felt it was important to get the answers to those questions out there so we could share the information and excitement with our students, staff and community.”
