School Transition Teams, Events and Information

Information regarding school transition teams, meeting notes, recommendations and meetings can be found by selecting the appropriate Family of Schools tab at the left.   This information was developed by teams for each family of schools, comprised of Principals/Vice-Principals, Teachers, Support Staff, parents, students and members of the community - from both the Elementary and Secondary panels.  The teams worked with the Superintendent of Education for their region, throughout the process.
