Transition Events 

Please check the links on the left for information on transition events occuring at Almonte DHS, Athens DHS, Brockville CI, Carleton Place HS, North Grenville DHS, Rockland DHS, and Thousand Islands SS.

Information will be posted as it becomes available.

These events will assist the students transferring into the schools for September 2012, as the school structure changes to a Grades 7-12 format at these locations.
