Pre-Registration for Grades 7-8 at Athens DHS, Carleton Place HS, Brockville CI, and Thousand Islands SS
Since the conclusion of the 2007-08 Boundary 2020 Review, many schools across the Upper Canada District School Board have introduced grades 7-12 structures to improve the educational opportunities available to our students. Athens, Carleton Place, BCI and TISS will become grades 7-12 schools effective September 2012. Due to the special circumstances in these areas, there is a pre-registration process in place to assist these schools in their planning.
Please note that this is simply a pre-registration to give the schools an early understanding of the number of students that can be expected. There will be opportunities throughout the remainder of the school year for parents and students to visit the schools, including open house events that will be scheduled in the weeks to come.
