Public Meetings:
The Transition Teams for each of the school families moving to the JK-6, 7-12 model in September 2012 have been formed and will have meetings as listed below. All meetings are open to the public.
Athens Family of Schools:
Meetings for Athens schools (Meadowview, Pineview, and Athens DHS) will take place at Athens DHS, in Room 1 (across from the main office), beginning at 6:30 p.m. on these days:
Joint meeting with Brockville schools - October 11 at 6:30 at TISS.
October 24, November 7, November 24, and December 6 at Athens DHS

Meetings for Almonte schools (Naismith, Pakenham, R. Tait McKenzie and Almonte DHS) will take place at Almonte DHS, beginning at 4:30 p.m. on these days:

Brockville Family of Schools:
Meetings for Brockville schools (Commonwealth, Front of Yonge, Lyn, Prince of Wales, Toniata, Vanier, Westminster, Brockville CI and Thousand Islands SS) will take place at two locations - BCI and TISS, beginning at 6:30 p.m. as follows:
