When registering you will need the following original documentation:
· Birth Certificate
· Ontario Health Card
· Last previous school’s transcript
· Last previous school’s report card
· Proof of Canadian Citizenship (Canadian Passport)
· Proof of Ontario residency
· Up-to-date Immunization Record, if from out of province
