Our students are adult (+18 years) natives from Ahkwesahsne, which includes parts of New York State, Ontario and Quebec. In addition to a typical curriculum of math, science, English, history, geography, sociology, and computer studies, students can complete courses in native studies and receive exposure to life-enriching presentations on such topics as the history of Ahkwesahsne, healthy lifestyle awareness and motivational speeches. Our graduates not only obtain an education but also the skills and tools needed to face the challenges and rewards of life as they travel down “The Good Path”. The TR Leger School delivers high school credit programming in the IO HA HI :IO Adult Education Centre, which is located in Snye, Quebec.

IO HA HI : IO is a Mohawk word which means “The Good Path”.
