2009 TISS Senior Girls' Basketball Season

We had another successful season going 21 and 11 winning the Bronze medal at EOSSAA as we lost to the EOSSAA champions in the semi-finals. One of the highlights of the season was winning the Silver Division Championship at Seneca College in Toronto playing against primarily AAAA teams. This year's team was, without a doubt, one of the nicest and pleasant teams to be around. We will certainly miss some long standing senior players - Mackenzie Murdock, Sarah Ferguson, Jenn Nedow and Anna Latham and we wish them the best of luck next year as they "move on". We do look forward to next season with a young and enthusiastic core of players and anticipate the upcoming juniors as contributing members to the 2010 team.
