Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s)

You are invited to our Grade 9 Parents’ Night on Thursday, September 15, 2011, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in our gymnasium.  This evening provides you with an opportunity to meet your child’s classroom teachers, learning resource teacher and counselor as well as to become familiar with the expectations of your child’s program of study.  We further hope that the evening will serve to establish a communication link between you and the school.  In addition, you are invited to learn more about our School Council and if you are interested in becoming a member, you may do so that evening.

The evening’s format includes an introductory session in the gymnasium, followed by an abbreviated “10-minute schedule” of your child’s daily classes for Semester 1.  Timetables will be available for pick up in the main foyer before the evening begins starting at 5:45 p.m.  Refreshments will be available in the gym.
