Rideau Vista Food Drive A Roaring Success!

 The students of Rideau Vista Public School and their families have helped to make our School’s food drive a great success. We are very proud of your generosity in sharing at this time of year. We want to thank Mr. Kudrinko of Kudrinko’s Country Grocer for his support with shopping carts and judging. We donated a total of 419 items of food to the Westport food bank.

 The Kindergarten class won a certificate for the cutest cart, the 1/2 class received the most multi-cultural cart, the 2/3 class won the most original cart, for the second year in a row the 4/5 class won the fullest cart  and the most theme-based went to the 5/6 class.

Well done everyone! We had great fun decorating and filling our shopping carts while giving to the ones that are in need.
