60 Minutes Kids Club - General Information
On October 15th, the 60 Minute Kids Club Initiative was launched. The club is an on-line platform designed to increase and track physical activity 7 healthy lifestyle engagement levels of youth between 5 and 12. We have chosen to participate with 15,000 students from BC and Ontario to determine who has the most active students in these regions. Although raising healthy kids is the ultimate goal, this is a friendly competition with grand prizes to be awarded. You can learn more about this activity at www.60minkidsclub.com . The contest runs until December 15th, and the more students who participate, the better. Russell Public School has about 40% participation, and is (at the time of this notice) sitting in 4th place.
