CCVS will be hosting a Literacy Information Night for parents and students on December 07, 2011 at 6:30 pm in the CCVS cafeteria. Parents are invited to attend this 45 minute session to learn how CCVS staff are assisting their children to be successful on the March 2012 version of the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test. Parents will also learn how they can assist the school in this initiative. Staff will speak to parents about steps CCVS is taking and has taken already to prepare students for this testing in March. Light refreshments will be served.
