School Success Plan
What is a School Success Plan?
Upper Canada District School Board has mandated that each school in the board must have a School Success Plan which meets the requirements of the Strategic Handbook. The School Success Plan outlines the school’s goals it plans to accomplish and the required plan of action or strategy to achieve the goals.
The Success Plan is organized into 4 Main Areas: Communication, Resources, Educational Programs and Wellness or “CREW”. In each area, there are many goals that East Front has accomplished and there are some goals and activities that are ongoing or in the planning stages.
