Welcome to Almonte and District High School

We are excited to be the new Administration at Almonte and District High School and we are very much looking forward to the 2010-2011 school year.  Almonte is an outstanding high school with a tradition of excellence extending many years in academics, athletics, technology and drama and we are proud to be members of a professional learning community that is responsive and committed to students and their learning.

Staff is dedicated to improving student achievement, personalizing the learning experience and providing opportunities for students to maximize their individual potential.  Our staff is also devoted and passionate about providing educational experiences that prepare our students for the world of work, apprenticeship, college, and university.  We are committed to supporting the fine work that has preceded us and to add value and continue the vision of the school in our time as the leaders of this highly reputed learning community.
