ADHS Registration, Process & Forms
1. Print off, complete and sign the Student Registration Forms at the bottom of this page;
2. Call the school to set up a registration appointment.
Our school office is open 12 months a year. Please call the school at 613-256-1470 for school year and summer hours. You may arrange a tour at an appropriate time. Please call our Student Services office at ext. 2507 or 2508 to arrange a registration appointment.
4. Attend Orientations!
Grade 7 and Grade 9 Open House
An Open House will be held in February for anyone who would like to meet our teachers and tour the school and receive information regarding programs available at ADHS.
Grade 7 Orientation
Our WEB students will organize an Orientation at the end of August for all new grade 7 students. Students will be shown their lockers and will receive their locks at this time. Photos will also be taken. For more information, please email WEB Coordinator Marcia Jones at email@example.com or call the school.
Grade 9 Orientation
Our Link Crew students will organize an Orientation for all new grade 9 students. A welcome assembly will be held in the gymnasium followed by group activities, and a parent meeting for questions and answers. Students will receive their registration packages which contains timetables and other important information for the first day of school. School photos will also be taken before they leave the school.
New students will need to show us the following documents at their Registration Appointment:
Proof of date of birth of child by birth certificate or other government document to show proof of age;
Copy of most recent transcript, credit summary or report card;
Proof of record of child’s immunization (measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus and polio);
(New Mandatory Vaccines required as of July 1, 2014 (whooping cough, chickenpox, meningococcal disease).
