Municipal & Service Providers Meetings

On October 4th, staff from municipal governments and service provider partners across the jurisdiction of the UCDSB were invited to attend one of two meetings that were held on Monday October 17 and Friday October 21, 2016 to provide:

  • background context on the purpose of the Building for the Future Pupil Accommodation Review,
  • clarification on the DRAFT recommendations in the Initial Staff Report,
  • next steps for the receipt of feedback from partners, and
  • timelines for final decisions.

The agenda was as follows:

How do Municipalities and Service Providers Give Feedback on the Initial Staff Report?

Municipalities and Service Providers are asked to provide feedback on the Initial Staff Report directly to by February 1, 2017.

Municipalities and service provider staff are also welcome to attend the ARC public meetings and to respond to the online feedback survey.
